1.0 The Hemispheric Rotation Mandate

Standard platter-based storage is subject to the rotational forces of the planetary body. To maintain spindle integrity and prevent "bearing-drift," all hard disks must be oriented to compensate for the Coriolis Deviation:

2.0 Polar Operational Constraints (The Null-Direction Zone)

At the Earth's Magnetic Poles, the standard cardinal directions (N, S, E, W) collapse into a singular Nadir-Zenith Vector. In these zones, traditional magnetic shielding is rendered obsolete by extreme field density.

3.0 Anti-Specter Chronograph Shielding

Geomagnetic interference at the poles often manifests as "Temporal Ghosting" or "Spectral Bit-Flips."
